In establishing our Technical Services offering, we first undertook an extensive "listening" exercise within the simulation community. We listened to what you told us was most important to you and then set about designing a technical service offering to meet those needs.

We understand that Technicians wish to become more self sufficient in servicing their simulators to ensure that the Simulation Centre can operate at optimal efficiency and trainees are not impacted by simulators being 'out of action', even for short periods.

We have created a Training Program designed to give technicians the necessary know-how to carry out routine servicing on their simulator/s as well as carry out basic repairs.

Warranty and Service Agreements

The MSE Group provides a 12 month’s warranty and service, which is included in the purchase price of your simulator(s). Your warranty will start from the date your simulator was commissioned by a certified MSE Group (MedVision) Technician.

Extended warranties and service agreements are also available when you make your simulator purchase and full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
